Must be paid on the spot and is not refunded in any circumstances. Covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party; all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent by the skipper or the clients. It is totally indemnified against in all cases.

For € 3000,00: € 600,00/week

Cancellation policy

If the charterer for any reason gives up the charter, he/she can in previous accordance with the charter giver, cease his/her rights and duties to another person. If he/she fails, the costs of cancellation will be calculated in the following way:

More than 60 days prior to embarkation 30% of the total charter fee
Between 59 & 31days prior to embarkation 50% of the total charter fee
Less 30 days prior to embarkation 100% of the total charter fee
If the boat re-books for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded, less dossier expenses of € 100,00

Crew

Skipper € 190,00/day + food, hostess € 170,00/day + food
Gratuities are not included in above rates

In case of cancellation one month prior to embarkation, client will be charged in full as we are obliged to pay the crew

Sailing License Requirement

Per the port authority, when chartering a bareboat yacht in Greece, the client must provide an original sailing certificate/license (in English or officially translated).

Insurance

In accordance with Greek law, all our boats are insured against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the Refundable and Non-Refundable deposits.

Payment policy

50% deposit of the charter fee is required upon signing the charter contract. The remaining 50% balance is required four (4) weeks prior to departure date.
